Mikasoft products: MikaCUT, MikaMES and MikaIOT

Where the order is tracked

MikaMES

Manufacturing Execution System

MikaMES: Manufacturing Execution System

The order from first contact to installed furniture. MikaMES tracks every product through every process, so you can answer where a job is without walking to the floor.

Where a job starts

MikaCUT

Cutting Optimisation and Order Platform

MikaCUT: Cutting Optimisation and Order Platform

Turn a measurement list into a machine-ready cutting job. MikaCUT nests parts across panels, reuses offcuts as stock, prices the offer, and exports the programs your saw runs.

Where reality is measured

MikaIOT

Machine Connectivity and Production Data

See the shop floor as it runs. MikaIOT connects your beam saws and CNC machines and reports status, alarms and finished production, so every machine reads the same way on one screen.

Products

Three programs that work as one

Most factories buy these three things separately, and then spend the week reconciling them. The cutting list says one thing, the floor says another, and the only person who knows where a job actually is has to walk out and look. Mikasoft builds them as one loop instead: a job priced in one program is cut by the second and reported back by the third, against the same order.

MikaMES is where the order lives, from the first measurement at the client through production, warehouse, transport and installation. MikaCUT is where a job becomes material: parts nested across panels, usable offcuts returned to stock, and the cutting programs sent to the saw. MikaIOT is where the floor answers back, reporting run state, alarms and finished pieces from the machines themselves.

They are built for furniture and panel factories: beam saws, nesting CNC machines and edgebanders, on the brands a factory here actually owns. Each one is useful on its own, and a factory that starts with cutting can add the rest later without moving its data.
