The order from first contact to installed furniture. MikaMES tracks every product through every process, so you can answer where a job is without walking to the floor.

Mikasoft LLCSince 2021
Cutting optimisation, machine telemetry and production tracking, working as one closed loop. Every panel, every job and every minute of saw time accounted for.
Most software stops at the office door. Mikasoft follows the job onto the saw and back again, so what was planned and what actually happened are the same record.
Measurements arrive in MikaCUT from a design file, another system, or a photograph of a paper list. The optimiser nests them across panels and prices the offer.
Every layout becomes one cutting program, exported as the exact file set your controller expects. Stock is drawn down in the same action.
MikaIOT reads what the controller already writes. Run state, alarms, cycle counts and every finished piece, without a new sensor or a change to how the machine is used.
Finished parts and recovered offcuts are told apart and reported back. The offcut rack becomes stock the optimiser can plan against on the next job.
Three products, one production loop. A job is priced and optimised in MikaCUT, cut on your machine, measured by MikaIOT, and tracked to delivery in MikaMES.

Manufacturing Execution System
The order from first contact to installed furniture. MikaMES tracks every product through every process, so you can answer where a job is without walking to the floor.

Cutting Optimisation and Order Platform
Turn a measurement list into a machine-ready cutting job. MikaCUT nests parts across panels, reuses offcuts as stock, prices the offer, and exports the programs your saw runs.
Machine Connectivity and Production Data
Read the shop floor as it runs. MikaIOT collects status, alarms and production data straight from your beam saws and CNC machines, and normalises it into one model every other system can consume.
We connect your machines. No new sensors, no rewiring, and no change to how an operator works.

The cut itself. Programs go out from MikaCUT and every finished piece, offcut and alarm comes back.

Nesting and pod-and-rail. Program decomposition differs by machine class, and the platform accounts for it.

Banding changes the finished size and the cost of a part, so it belongs in the same record as the cut.

The machine most workshops actually start on, read the same way as everything else on the floor.
A representative sample of the catalogue. New manufacturers, families and controller generations are added as a configuration entry, not a rebuild.
Furniture and panel manufacturers across Kosovo and the region, cutting on machines Mikasoft reads every day.

A small team that builds the software and installs it. The person who wrote the optimiser is the person who answers when a saw will not take a file.
