What happens after you write
We answer in Albanian, English or German. The first conversation is about your factory, not our software: which machines you run, how a job reaches them today, and where the week actually goes. If there is nothing here worth changing, we will say so.
Bring a real job to the walkthrough: a measurement list you have already cut, your own boards and your own kerf. We run it and you compare the result against what you cut that week. A demonstration on our sample data proves nothing about your panels.
We are in Prishtinë and most of the factories we work with are within a few hours of it, in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Visits on site are normal rather than exceptional, and installation and training happen in your own hall, on your own machines.
